Today I made a "MindMup" showing what Open-Minded is about. It took a while to make but I finished it.
So here is my work!
I hope you like it. Bye See ya in the next post!

Today I made a "MindMup" showing what Open-Minded is about. It took a while to make but I finished it.
So here is my work!
Today I created a google drawing called "Doing our best" and I had to put examples of how we try our best in the callouts, I put some cool fonts so it wasn't boring for you guys and I'll show you my work.
Today I am going to show and tell you guys our experience on Christchurch Symphony Orchestra (CSO). We had people to help us to use the instruments. I saw other people had big instruments I had never seen like this ones:
Today I'm gonna talk about what happened at camp
Let's get started
Before we got to camp we saw an old pool but it didn't have water in it then we played in the pool for a while but the teachers called us to have morning tea. After morning tea we had to walk until we reached the farm and we had to have our lunch there a few moments we saw a baby goat it was so cute and we even get to milk it! Then we get to feed the animals and they said that we had to make our hand straight or it will be the food. After we fed the animals we get to go on a tractor for 5 minutes and it turned out to be cool. When we got back from the farm we went inside to milk a cow it was cool and when we finished we went inside to see a sheep getting sheered and when I touched the fluffy wool it was greasy so I had to wash my hands. When it was done we were walking for so long but we get to see all the lava that turned into the rock a long time ago. The colors were amazing we took a photo of it as well. When we got to don's shed we get to eat a cake but it was sliced into squares after that we got to camp we were amazed by the houses, it looked like a luxurious hotel. Then we had to go to the conference room where we have meetings to have instructions before we had to do activities. When we do activities I liked to play with animal survival it was a game that you have to be chosen as a carnivore(meat-eating animal) or herbivore(vegetarian). Then there's rock climbing where we climb the walls and we played shark attack where if he says shark attack yo have to get on something or it will eat you it's just like the game called "The floor is lava". Then we get to swim every night which is cool. When we had to leave I brought my togs because someone said "We are swimming to a beach", when we reached the beach the water was cold so I just played with the sand then I went back to change my clothes and few moments we had to get home. Bye
Guys today I finished a rap that I have been working for so long and here it is so I'll show you the words before the recording
The sun is very bright and yellow
So don’t look or you’ll be blind young fellows
It’s too hot when you go close to the sun
So you might need some cold water it’s the number one
Make sure you tell the rumor to your son
When it’s too chilly gets some warmness
Just don’t forget to inform us
And that info is enormous
Get some umbrella to protect you
It’s very important so the sun won’t get through
I heard the sun is gonna die in 5 billion years
So don’t be scared and take out all your fears
We are gonna use the suns energy when we are a type 2 civilization
But today all we can do is build a space station
So they could collect some information
Just to help their education
And that space station isn’t even enough to fill up 1% of the world population
The sun is in the center of our solar system
And if the sun has his last breathe all of the planets are his victim
Today I did a slide I put the information on why newspapers are created or why they are still relevant.
Here is the slide:
Today I did prototec and I almost got them all correct there were just a few mistakes.
Time: 3 min 34 sec
Corrections: 6

Today I did a google drawing called "Being On Time" and we have to put three examples of how others would react to you when your late/early for school. There are some examples shown in my google drawing:
Today I made a "My bucket" that explains Positive things about me. It was hard thinking one since most of them are bad thoughts. I made "My Bucket" a Halloween edition since it's almost Halloween!.
If you can't see it here are the words:
I am friendly
I am helpful
I am smart
I am strong
I am Positive
I am calm
Today I am going to show how it was like in the stage and dancing. The building was big and huge it was like an actual castle and when it was the time to dance we were trying our best and we gave our %100 it was so amazing I even get to watch it here was the pictures. We were even last and my dad said "Every time people are last it means it's the best dance/something". The dance was called "Jazz" and we practised "Jazz" for about 8 weeks and it was very long. We even had a dance battle at the end boys vs girls and in the first part it was running man the second the girls did a tik tok dance in the first and second and in the last part we did the hype from Fortnite
The dance was great and we saw other people dance too. They were great dancers it was so cool to watch and I have the video so here is the link so you can see us dancing.
Today did prototec stage 7 and I got 35/40 which was great! My time was 3m 24s
It was cool
Today I went into a google meet and the girl was presenting on how to use Prezi
I liked how she explained all the things so I would understand it easier
It was frustrating when she was talking too fast because I heard missed some of the words she says
Today we are checking out "My shadow"
The poem was organized by having 4 stanzas with 16 sentences and in the poem the whole rhyming pattern was AABB.
The tone of the poem was a bit sad because the shadow was acting on his own.
The poetic devices I found in the poem were:
Personification: It said “And I see him jump before me” it’s talking about that he was slow, “The funniest thing about him is the way he likes to grow” he was liking it shadow does not have feelings, “he's a coward you can see” Shadows can’t be a coward unless the person was the coward which he was not, “Had stayed at home behind me and was fast asleep in bed.” The person was awake while his shadow was still asleep.
Simile: “For he sometimes shoots up taller like an India-rubber ball,” It was talking about 2 unlike things that are using like or as, same as this one “But my lazy little shadow, like an arrant sleepy-head,”
The poet wanted me or you guys to think about the poem. I thought about the poem like the shadow he was not following the person's movements.
This was an adventure guy's thanks for reading my blog. Bye
Today I did prototec stage 7 I have a new high score it is 3m 34s and the craziest thing happened when I got the last one correct it had a red colour but in the sub-score, it put 10/10 so crazy "Not clickbait"
Here was the picture
Today I did prototec stage 7 and I almost got them all right.
Here was my progress.
Today I did protect stage 6. Stage 7 was hard so I gave up took 3 tries trynna get most of them right.
Here was the picture
My next step: to finish stage 6 under 5 minutes.
Today my teacher found a poem for us to find out things and it's called "I wandered lonely as a cloud" by William Wordsworth.
The connection I found in the title was how sad if you were lonely without anyone.
The poem was organized with 4 stanzas and with 22 sentences, The whole poem’s rhyming pattern was ABABCC.
The tone of the poem was it was sad being lonely but you still find things that are fun.
The poetic devices that I found were:
Simile: it said “I wandered lonely as a cloud” because a cloud is together but if you spread them apart he will have friends, and it said again “Continuous as the stars that shine”.
Hyperbole: It had “Golden Daffodils” A daffodil can’t be gold if it was you’d have to use melted gold and it will burn the daffodil. It said “They stretched in never-ending line” it’s impossible having a never-ending line.
Personification: Where it said “The waves beside them danced” a wave can’t dance, I found another personification and it said “A host, of golden daffodils; Beside the lake, beneath the trees, Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.” daffodils can’t dance.
The meaning of the poem and the poem wanted me to think about this poem was even if you don’t have friends you can try joining other people.
Today we are going to find out about Robert frost.
Robert frost is an American poet he was born on 26 March in 1874. He died on 29 January 1963 which means he died at the age of 89.
Today I did prototec and I did stage 6 and I did a little worst. But I got full correct my time was 4m 44s it's a good one.
Here is the picture
Today I created my own shape called icosahedron and it took a while to make.
Sides: 20
Faces: 20
The shape called: Icosahedron
This is the picture
I hope you like it and sorry about the funny hat hehe... it's hilarious that's why I added it. Bye
Today I did prototec and I finished it really fast it was better than last time or should I say 23s better.
Here is my prototec
My next step is: Trying my best to do stage 7 next time!
Today we did a poem by Rudyard Kipling and he had a good poem this was his poem.
The connection I found in the poem was what would happen if I trusted myself.
The poem was organized by having 4 stanzas and 32 sentences.
The tone of the poem was, In the first stanza it had AAAABCBC the second one was ABABCDCD the third one was ABABCDCD and the last one was ABABCDCD.
The poetic device I have listed and found was:
Hyperbole: If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster you cannot meet with a disaster, the other one said “Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken, And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools;” you can’t fix your life with worn-out tools and the last one where it says” Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,” you cannot earn earth.
Today I did prototec stage six, and guess what? I got them all correct under 5 minutes the time was 4m 27s!
Here is the work I did.
Crazy right!?!?My next step is: To get even faster (even if I am already fast)
Bye
See you in the next post!
Today our teacher made a google drawing for us and it called "Challenging Ourselves"
It's where you put the things you do that your going to take risk of. Here is my work
Today I did prototec and it was great and I worked on stage 6. I got 2 corrections but it was great and I finished it in a great time. Here's my work
My next step: double-check because I keep accidentally getting it misspelled.Bye
Today we are going to learn about Sympathy the poem!
Let's start.
The connection I made to the poem was I was being kind to my classmates. The poem was organized by having 3 stanzas with a total of 21 paragraphs. The tone of the poem in the first stanza was ABAABCC. The second stanza was ABAABAA and the last one was ABAABCC. I found some poetic devices in the poem and I'll show you why it has those devices.
Personification: Where it says "I know why a caged bird sings" A bird can't sing that's true, "Cruel bars" bars can't be cruel they don't have feelings and "wind stirs soft" a wind can't stir softly.
Simile: There it says " And the river flows like a glass" it has the like that compared two things.
Alliteration: Where it says "through the" it is Alliteration.
The meaning of the poem was how it feels being trapped and also the poet wants us to think about how it would be like as a life of a caged bird.
Today we are going to learn about "Returned Soldier" by Ernest G Moll.
The connection I made to the title were he might have gone back to his home or place from a war. The poem was organized by having two stanzas. The tone of the poem was sad but he got out by going in a positive way. The poetic devices I found the poem were: Alliteration: In the poem where it says "all and"it has double a's in the first letter the same as this one: "then the". Hyperbole: Where it says " How wheat turns to gold and copper in old November. Wheat can't turn copper and gold. Simile: it told that "And five years later, one November day, I walked with barry down the stooks of hay Light yellow in the sun, and on them fluttered Rosella's red as apples. Where it said "Rosella's red as apples" it had "as" which is a simile. The author of the poem wanted me to think about the poem on how he escaped by thinking a positive way without having to hesitate. I hope this poem helped. Bye, see you in the next post!
Today we are going to learn about the road not taken.
Before we start I'll just put the picture in.
The connections I made to the title is: No one ever goes to the road. It's like invisible.
How was the poem organized? Stanzas, lines other? It has stanzas with four paragraphs.
What is the tone of the poem? It makes me sad for people not to go to it.
