Food For Thought

Today I'm recounting all the way to Wednesday because Sophie from the Heart Foundation came to school to teach us about Everyday Food and Sometimes food she gave us some sheets of paper. In the paper, we have to choose food that is under 10g of fat as well as sugar, on dietary fiber we are supposed to look at foods that are under 400mg and the last one is Sodium(salt) we have to find a food that is above 5g. I finished the other side, but on the other one there is another activity but we don't have to finish it. The activity was fruit and vegetables that have the color of green, red, purple(blue), and white. I finished the other side but the color of fruit or vegetables is different because I spent all my learning time finishing every day and Sometimes Foods.
