The Britten Motorcycle

 Hello guys today I am going to show you questions about the Britten motorcycle.

Why were motorcycle popular in 1970? Because most young kiwis had motorcycles because cars were too expensive.

Why were John Britten and his friends not allowed to take part in the motorbike race? because the race was for Japanese bikes.

What does BEAR stand for? Bear stands for British, European, American and Racing Series.

What does it mean to design something “from scratch”? It means starting on something blank where there's nothing yet.

Would you consider this invention to be a success? Why? Why not? Yes because it won four speed records and it's still the fastest in the world.

Where can you find a Britten Motorcycle today? You can find one of the V-1000 motorcycles in Te Papa, National Museum of New Zealand.
